I made the appointment using the Chevrolet app for 9 AM. I was called that night and asked to change my arrival time to 9:30 AM, which I did. I used the courtesy.shuttle to go home. Towards the end of the day I received a call telling me that due to an employee not showing up to work my vehicle service could not be completed that day and would I mind picking up my vehicle the next day.
