I don’t recommend anything at River Oaks Victory Centre. I’m so disappointed and I plan on moving out very soon. The staff is not professional, they are liars , they show favoritism. The building is never properly cleaned up. There are drugs in the building. No security, someone is always setting a fire. It’s just managed very poorly. I’ve been verbally abused twice by staff and they are disrespectful and talk to you really bad. The employees morale is very low. It’s just not a comfortable place to live.
