This place is terrible with communication. I called last night to make sure the car I wanted was still there because it’s a 6 hour drive from where I live. The receptionist told me the car was still available and I asked her to call me if it sold. She agreed and never called me, so I assumed the car didn’t sell. I would give zero. Changed advertised price after I Called and texted to to confirm. They increased price by 20%, saying they assume 20% down payment. They were unapologetic. I will contact BBB.
Great place really clean,professional,and helpful all the people in there are so helpful definitely recommend them if your looking into getting a car.
