You are part of Network Rv 24/11/2025 my caravan went in for warranty repairs after fighting Network RV to get a date set for it to happen. After having to get the ACCC involved we got a date. Upon dropping the van off on 24/11/25 I spoke with Peter the owner and ran through the required work all seemed to be ok and ensured me it would be completed by Christmas. They are part of the FairDinkum Caravan Group. After years of searching, we finally thought we had found our caravan. We paid the deposit after being explicitly told it followed the same rules as buying a car or a house — including a cooling-off period. Careful what you wish for people. Went to the caravan show in Geelong. Dropped over to Victory Carvans. Their sales agent sold us on the basis the contract is like purchasing a car, complelty false. No one talked us through the terms and conditions, paid the deopisted. Found out they don't offer a cooling off period. Search reveal ACC say the business should make you aware of the terms and conditions which they didn't. So we have lost Pur deposit and they haven't got back to any of our emails.
