Bank sold out it is no longer community. I called fifteen minutes before the bank was open, because their online system was down, and the employee would not answer a simple question for me. Could have easily but would not help David is a caring employee with follow through

Absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever had. Avoid this extremely unprofessional bank. Avoid at all cost!
By far the most unprofessional lender I’ve ever dealt with. Had one Male cuss me out as he smacked his lips eating lunch in the phone. He was angry like a teen over, because I didn’t like the fact he didn’t tell my realtor to put the closing cost. He says one thing an does another. Integrity doesn’t exist here. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option.
Don’t waste your time the clients best interest isn’t even a after thought here. If you want to be lied to, disrespected and cussed at look no further!
