I live in an older house and through multiple storms and a foot of snow last year, my 40' x 9' porch awning pulled away from my house and now my porch floods. I contacted Victory Awning and a sales agent came out quickly. He seemed helpful and suggested they could reattach the awning without needing to replace the whole thing. I was delighted as State Farm screwed me on coverage so it was going to be out of pocket but I also requested a quote for a full replacement.
