I had a puncture in my tire. I already had the tire off, so I dropped it off and they fit me in! When I came back to get the tire they put it back on my vehicle and stowed the spare and the jack for me. The entire staff was extremely genuinely friendly and helpful. Tire technician appeared to really like his job. It’s so nice to see that in today’s new world. Great company!
I typically do not leave many reviews. However, this is my third time going to this business, and every single time I’ve left feeling completely satisfied. I’ve never had an issue with any of the major repairs that have been completed on my car, the pricing has been fair with our region (I compared the cost to three other shops), and the manager and staff members have been extremely helpful and have exceptional communication skills.
My experience was wonderful. This was my second visit and each person I met was kind and transparent about costs for my car and possible costs for future repairs I may need. I will continue to go here in the future.
