They took care of my car and the final bill was lower than the original quote.
Had some older tires on my jeep, so nobody else was willing to patch up my tire. So, I went here on a whim, and they fixed my tire air valve perfectly. Staff was also super friendly!
Avoid this place – unprofessional and disrespectful. I went to this auto service store with a flat tire and left with even more issues. During the repair, they broke one of the studs — accidents happen, but what followed was unacceptable. The man at the reception didn’t even offer an apology. Amazing experience at Victory Automotive Service!! We were on our way up North for a family trip and was having problems with our van, stopped in Eau Claire at Victory and amazing customer service by Jake had our problem solved and back on our way in under an hour! Super helpful explaining everything by taking me back in the shop and showing me under the lift what was going on, would highly recommend Victory to anyone looking for 5 star customer service in the Eau Claire area!
