Justin offers very competitive prices, and gets the job done right. He'll also let you bring your own parts, which none of the chain autostores let you do. I have had communication issues, though. He told me to drop it off at a specific time. I did, and when I called a couple days later for an ETA, he said he didn't know who's car that was, so didn't start working on it. He got it done very quickly after that, so I still give him 4 stars. But it would have been easy to check his messages or the glove box and figure it out.
Justin is the absolute best!!!! I highly recommend Victory to anybody who wants a trustworthy, honest, and reliable mechanic to fix their car!!!! Justin has went above and beyond any mechanic I have ever encountered!!!! Thanks for the help Justin!!!!
Justin at Victory auto repair in Granite city is absolutely amazing. He’s one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and he doesn’t price gouge you like other mechanics. He actually breaks everything down for you and I will definitely be going back again.
I give this a 5 star Justin went above and beyond by staying after shop hours and working out in the cold to fix my 2016 challenger hellcat the alternator replacing from other shops was up to 580 $ he did the job for 300 and told me a few things to help my car out I overlooked I tha k him for having my car back on the road. Even after all the problems and the long hours he put into it he didn't change price and he saved me from a world of trouble thanks for evythi g you have a lif along customer. I would never spend my money here. The owner acts irrational and does not know how to repair cars. He likes to up charge on simple repairs and holds your vehicle, then charges a lot fee with no communication. If you like someone to bs around take your car here
