That old black male security guard is very rude. He doesn't even welcome people when they come in and he has the audacity to ask me if I had an appointment on my way out after using the restroom (because of their policy).... He not have situational awareness (which you NEED as a security officer) because he did he would've known that I was called in for my appointment... he is just lazy and inadequate at his job.

I’m thankful for this location, going down the hill to Loma Linda can be a pain. My PCP and nurse have been the best! The front desk staff and security are always kind and helpful.
I have been trying to get registered here after moving from down the hill. I am turned away every time I try to register at this VA. Very discouraging
