1. Given a price over the phone 130.00 changes to 230.00 + tax in person then they offer you a package to make it cheaper Bait and Switch. 2. Asked to top up fluids (coolant and Brakefluid) checked on my way out and neither were done so they put coolant and then needed an additional visit for brake fluid. 3. Oil change took 3 hours and Tech left clips undone and could not be bothered to look at the battery leaking acid or the dashboard for warning lights.
