Called into the wearhouse service department to get a part. The person that answered the phone was very rude. Please have better customer service and do not get rude and impatient with people who are trying to give you their business.
I recently bought a truck here they took our money lost it and now told me to return the truck they have been dishonest about about not being able to receive the money now the receive but won’t return it. The sales team is just as dishonest as the sale manager Jeff smillen. If anything goes wrong which it will these guys won’t answer your call and nothing will be resolved. Please don’t make the same mistake I did plenty of dealerships to buy from that you will feel comfortable with!
Wanted to say a big Thank you to Jeremy Brian and Jay for our 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 Big Horn. They were so patient and professional. I'm a very nervous buyer and never enjoy buying any vehicle and honestly can be a bit of a handful. They truly worked out a very nice deal within what we wanted our payments and interest. They each called to make sure we made it home safely since we had drove a few hours to do the deal. I would purchase from them again and recommend taking the drive IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!
NOT SURE WHY ANYONE WOULD SAY "take it or leave it" on their appointment, unless their boss already gave them grief in the first place... this is how you direct subordinates to handle recall repair appointments - well that caused another person to cancel an appointment that was very difficult to make at their hospital! - already called today @ 1100 - left message with a person... waited til 5 pm! I am on my 7th Jeep - I can assure ya'll (doesn't really matter who i am talking to now, right?) won't be bringing my Jeep to this... read more
I have had my Ram 3500 for three months now and I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Gary. I explained what I was looking for and the features and he made it happen. We ordered it and it was everything I was looking for. I had a good understanding of the process and anything I was unsure about he explained. If my business expands in the future I will definitely be coming back to Gary.
