Updated Review (Revised After Speaking With the Service Manager): I originally brought my 2021 Ram 2500 to the service department for a “DPF Full” message. At the time, I was given an $8,500 estimate involving turbo leaks, actuator failure, sensors, and even a DPF replacement—without anyone asking basic diagnostic questions about my driving habits, towing, idling, or regen interruptions. I can see why rating is so low for this dealer. Simple transmission service turns into tech states bolts were over torqued from previou dealer. $400 dollar to repair 3 bolt threads. Service manager Sergio wouldn't assist with costs even though truck has always been serviced by RAM dealer. May not be honest dealer so beware.
Called into the wearhouse service department to get a part. The person that answered the phone was very rude. Please have better customer service and do not get rude and impatient with people who are trying to give you their business.
