Victorville Mazda ruined my tint.. they didn't say anything... they lost my business forever
$100 oil change. They usually just give poor service and hold my car for 3 days “for service “. They’re now charging double the price for an oil change. Go anywhere else
I took my car in for an oil change recently & my appointment was at 2 and informed the technician that I would be waiting in the waiting room for my car. I understand that I could be waiting for a long time however I received a call from the technician at 4:30 letting me know that my car was completed and hour ago and that he wasn’t sure why nobody contacted me and apparently the phone call didn’t go through and he was at lunch an hour before closing which doesn’t make sense. Terrible customer service. Guy in parts department lied and said he added a military discount to my order. No discount shown see photo. Lady at cash register and guy at parts were arguing in fron of me about who puts military discount on item. This place should not be allowed to do business and should be shut down. Training couldn't help these people stay in business. Lots of lost revenue coming for them.
