I would rather make the drive to any other dealership than get my car looked at or purchase a vehicle here. I've been here a couple of times and have never been treated right. Victorville Mazda ruined my tint.. they didn't say anything... they lost my business forever
$100 oil change. They usually just give poor service and hold my car for 3 days “for service “. They’re now charging double the price for an oil change. Go anywhere else
I took my car in for an oil change recently & my appointment was at 2 and informed the technician that I would be waiting in the waiting room for my car. I understand that I could be waiting for a long time however I received a call from the technician at 4:30 letting me know that my car was completed and hour ago and that he wasn’t sure why nobody contacted me and apparently the phone call didn’t go through and he was at lunch an hour before closing which doesn’t make sense.
