I’ve been a loyal Hyundai customer for years — I’ve purchased several cars from this dealership, serviced all of them here, and even worked here in the past. I’ve always supported this place and recommended it to friends and family, many of whom work here. Unfortunately, the customer service has really changed. They no longer want to honor customer coupons or take care of their loyal customers the way they used to. Not surprised they have a 2.9. Marti was rude to me on several occasions. They asked the same questions every time we talked. They seem to have no systems. They dont explain anything and then get an attitude when you dont respond the way they want. Took my car here for the warranty. Would never bring it for anything else.
I have gotten my oil changed here multiple times and every time I go the price is different. When I bring it up they always blow me off and act like I don't know what I'm talking about. I have never paid $100 for an oil change here the last two times they tried to tell me it was going to be $100 the first time the guy helping me actually lowered the price bc he saw in the history on his computer that I wasn't ever paying that much but this last time the guy helping me didn't care to even look or tell me why the price changes... read more
Completamente enojada y desepcionada de este lugar. Hay un hombre que yo escuche hablar español con otra persona, cuando yo llego a recoger mi vehiculo y me dirijo a el, el finje no hablar español, le repeti las cosas 2 veces en español y me seguia contestando en ingles, nunca me he sentido mas humillada, y no solo eso, me entregaron mi camioneta con un olor a cigarro HORRIBLE, yo no fumo asi que ese olor era muy repugnante para mi, ademas de que encontre una pequeña quemadura de cigarro en el lado del conductor cerca de la ... read more
