If the staff didn't have the part, they went the extra mile to find and order it! The staff called with updates on my repairs. They took the time to "fit me" to my new trike! Victorville Cycles, you have a lifetime customer in me!! Thank you!! I love my new electric trike!!! Keep on pedaling!! :D
The people here are great and know what talking about I purchased a pair of mountain bike shoes about 2 months ago and they came apart on the sole I don't know how?? they are best shoes ever bought I called Brooks talked to him and they exchanged them with no hassle at all !!! they totally stand behind everything they sell best shop ever.
