We bought a car here few month ago. And sales person Austin and his team is like scam really scam mostly his team. I saw the price at cadillac.com. But when i got there They charged so much more for useless extras and never tried to fix it. But their general manager is so nice and helpful.
The Service Manager John is A great knowledgeable helpful person I'm going to service my ESCALADE...I will post the additional database after the service will be completed...so far very inviting
I took my XT5 for an oil change, and they were fast. Friendly, joyous staff. Ignore the stars. I almost drove to another location, given that I'm from out of town and their stars are a little low, but I'm glad I kept it local to my host. If you can, try to go during the week, because I'd imagine they get swamped on the weekend.
