Kory and Mark both gave us a wonderful experience. They were extremely informative and patient, happy to answer every question given to them in a way that was easy to understand. They were friendly and made the entire experience comfortable. I have nothing but confidence in our choice to use this service thanks to them.
I had a leak on my roof and Victor's was very quick to fix it. Extremely pleased with my experience and definitely recommend!!! They're super great throught the process. My project manager Jackson was great in the entire process couldnt be more pleased with him. Kept me in the loop and was open and honest about everything! SO happy with my choice to go with people who really care about who they are doing business with!!!!
From the initial phone call to signing the paperwork and having a new roof installed these folks were highly professional. Thomas Clifton was very thorough in documenting and explaining his findings and what needed done to remedy all the problems. He was very informative and polite throughout the process. Felix came out to do my roof inspection, he was professional, honest, ethical and most importantly real. He answered all of our questions and not once pressured us into anything. He was a breath air for the norm in this industry, he truly was unlike the others that came out to do an inspection. This visit was informative and gave so much insight into my property that I was unaware of.
They replaced our flashing to repair a leak. Showed up right on time, did a great job, and took a bunch of photos so we could see the completed work. Dame was our crew leader and was super responsive. Would be happy to use them for future roof work!
