My family desperately needed the roof of our home replaced, and Victor's was able to work with us and get the job done very fast. From inspection to completion, the process was less than a month. I was shocked at how fast they fit us in to the schedule, but it was really appreciated since a roof in bad condition is nothing to mess with or wait on. Very thorough 90-minute inspection, which I was able to schedule my workday around, but then they trap you in an intense sales presentation for an additional hour while they wait for the estimate to come through (which they expect you to sign same-day). This was NOT something I had planned for, and I tried to tell them I was short on time and had to get back to work at that point, but they guilted me into rescheduling my meeting instead. Mike took us through his inspection step by step. In addition to a thorough review, he walked us through the Victors family team, their story, and made us feel the support we'd get. The initial inspectors were really friendly and knowledgeable. They took thorough pictures and gave us a lot of information, showing us exactly where moisture was coming into our roof and causing issues. On the day of installation, Don, the crew leader, was great about keeping us informed every step of the way.
