My family desperately needed the roof of our home replaced, and Victor's was able to work with us and get the job done very fast. From inspection to completion, the process was less than a month. I was shocked at how fast they fit us in to the schedule, but it was really appreciated since a roof in bad condition is nothing to mess with or wait on. They were so personable and understanding, and they truly made a stressful experience so much easier to handle. Great customer service rep. Nathaniel was very knowledgeable, nice, and polite. He knew his work about roofing. Very friendly and helpful. He went beyound measures. He showed me exactly what was going on with my roof. He took plenty of pictures to make to make sure I understood everything. I would definitely recommend this company. They also honor military members.
The initial inspectors were really friendly and knowledgeable. They took thorough pictures and gave us a lot of information, showing us exactly where moisture was coming into our roof and causing issues. On the day of installation, Don, the crew leader, was great about keeping us informed every step of the way. Johan was our Pm &Paul was our crew leader. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. We had a roof replacement and venting of attic. They kept us updated on the process throughout the day. Johan sent pictures and was very helpful with the whole process. His crew went above and beyond to be sure it was a job done right.
