My family desperately needed the roof of our home replaced, and Victor's was able to work with us and get the job done very fast. From inspection to completion, the process was less than a month. I was shocked at how fast they fit us in to the schedule, but it was really appreciated since a roof in bad condition is nothing to mess with or wait on. Great customer service rep. Nathaniel was very knowledgeable, nice, and polite. He knew his work about roofing. Very friendly and helpful. He went beyound measures. He showed me exactly what was going on with my roof. He took plenty of pictures to make to make sure I understood everything. I would definitely recommend this company. They also honor military members.
I initially went with Victors Home Solutions because of their overwhelming good reviews online and being accredited by the BBB. When I called, they accommodated my work schedule with a 6pm appointment. Chris showed up right on time just as I was pulling in the driveway. He spent 15 minutes with me on the ground to understand my problem, and then did a thorough examination of my roof. His solution was quick and cost effective. Brian and Kory were great. When appointment was made both people had to be home and plan on 1 hour and a half for the complete inspection. It took 4 hours and it was the BEST 4 hours spent. Brian and Kory took their time answered all our questions were honest did not feed us any BS. Brian and Kory are Victors Home Solution keepers. Thank you for sending them out. 5 star review
Kory and Jim arrived on time and were very professional. They walked us through all our issues and were very informative about how they would solve our issues. We very much appreciated the senior discount and cost savings. We are confident in our choice and are excited for our new roof!
