Actual quality of install is great. The customer service... so/so to poor. He installed our countertops as part of our remodel and that went great. We also had an additional cut that he did no-cost (we picked up the extra piece at their warehouse). But our very last interaction leaves an awful taste in our mouth. We asked him to come back briefly to drill a hole (5 minutes + driving). We told him it was not urgent, and to come out anytime in January. He texts at 7AM suddenly saying "OMW there by 8am" - no advance scheduling ... read more
I got a remnant from Victor which he then cut into multiple pieces and finished for me. Excellent selection, communication, price and result. If you are looking at reviews on other sites ignore negative reviews from people in Asheville NC - they seem to be reviewing a different business in that city.
