There is a serious lack of auto mechanics who are good, fast, and inexpensive. Victor is all 3. I avoid spending money, so I brought him a car and a list of things I wanted done... I knew it was going to be a big bill. In the end, it cost more than I expected, but much less than it should have for what he found and had to do. He found numerous unknown problems.
