Efficient Service – These guys are really nice, they have my cleaning ready when they say. I've had them hem somethings before and they do it well. Delivery is fast. I have noticed that they don't replace buttons on blouses when they break unless specifically asked. I wish they could just to that for me. Anyway other than that I think they take good care of my clothes.

Great Customer Service – I have been a customer of Victor's Cleaners for a number of years and find their service excellent. They take the time to call if something needs to be attended to that i may have overlooked, such as a stain or if they should mend a garment that seems damaged. I get all my alterations done there and find their prices equal tooor maybe better than others in the neightborhood. I even had them do some pillow covers! I

Something went horribly wrong. – After using Victor's for about a month, I got a bag of laundry back with 3/4 of the clothes smelling like a dead skunk. At first I didn't notice it, so the smell got into all of the clothes in my dresser and I ended up having to pay a lot of money to have everything cleaned (at a different cleaners, of course). I'll never go there again. It was absolutely foul.
