After a bad wildfire season, our house smelled like a campfire for weeks. We washed walls, cleaned carpets, ran air purifiers. The smell was in the vents. The duct crew came out and did a full cleaning plus a special carbon treatment for smoke. They explained that smoke particles stick to dust in the ducts and keep releasing odor. I didn’t realize how much dust and debris had built up in the ducts until I saw the process. The team was very thorough and made sure everything was cleaned properly. They also took care to keep the house clean while working. Since then, the air feels lighter and cleaner. Very happy with the results.
