It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. Office location we visited was in Beachwood, across the street from Ahuja Medical Center (which is absolutely beautiful). Dr's office is OK, not great, and the front office people are the standard, run-of-the-mill types who make you feel like they're doing you a favor to talk to you. But, Dr. Victoroff and his medical assistants are terrific. He is attentive, on-time and remembers from visit to visit what is going on.
