We worked with this company for around 4 months. We had two scheduled meetings per month. Several times, when we joined a meeting just 1–2 minutes late, they canceled the meeting and postponed it by two weeks. We clearly asked them not to do this and to proceed at the scheduled time. We spent over $100k with Victorious for 6+ months and got shockingly little in return. After an impressive intro call, communication collapsed — just 4 meetings, 20 emails, and 67 chat messages the entire time (even after I complained 3 months in). Deliverables? 82 backlinks, 13 copy docs, 9 technical docs — that’s it, for $100k. Project management was disorganized, planning was poor, and the value simply wasn’t there. A complete disappointment.
