The award-winning pitch got us to sign, but after four months, I have to say the service is overpriced for what it delivers: mediocre SEO advice and standard paidreports you could get yourself. Communication is slow—expect days to get a response to an email. After meeting senior management during onboarding, you’re handed off to the execution team, where so much got lost in translation.
