Very polite and helpful staff. Unfortunately the corporation doesn't manufacture quality products. After 1 use I went to use the luggage handle and it quickly broke off unable to support its packed luggage weight. The store attendant politely sent my luggage bags off to corporate for repair where they were sent back promptly to me. Nothing was fixed. False advertising from Victorinox. I wouldn't encourage any patronage to such a company who communicates so poorly to its customers and spit out atrocious lies to attract people... read more
