I took my Swiss Champ Victorinox knife to Asquith, expecting to leave it. But the person said that they can put new scales (plastic side covers) on it while I waited. Not only did they replace the scales but also replaced the scissors spring and cleaned and oiled the knife. When I asked how much that would cost she responded that it is all part of the service (free)!

I had a wheel that needed replacement through heavy use. I emailed the Victorinox team to get some advice. Straight away they were able to help me identify the bag and the replacement parts I needed. They sent out the parts quickly, and I was able to install them easily. Thanks Victorinox team!!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional warranty service provided by Sheldon and Hammond Pty. Ltd., the authorised warranty service provider for Victorinox bags in NSW, Australia. Over the past few years, I have had two Victorinox bags that required attention within their 10-year warranty period. On both occasions, the service I received was nothing short of outstanding. Amazing service and post-sale care. AMAZING. Two of my wheels broke (I'm assuming due to rough use and dragging the case over pretty rigid cobblestones in Belgium...won't do that again). Surprisingly, the case still rolled along and really didn't cause me many issues at all. Such a quality suitcase! I had a tight turn around between trips and called Victorinox to organise a fix.
