Honestly, I don’t even have the words to explain how wonderful everyone here is. From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable — like it wasn’t even my first time. They’re all so sweet, friendly, and genuinely kind. Tony and Jessica were amazing and made my Work Fitness Test super easy, interesting and stress-free. And the beautiful lady at the reception? She’s just the best — so warm and welcoming. Thank you all for treating me with so much love and care. You’re truly amazing, and I appreciate you so much!

Staff is amazing they could use updated bike because it's used a lot during the day. I can walk because of Tim and the staff.
