I've gone to Victoria several times. Never had an issue with my wax sessions. During my last session, I had a minor burn from the wax being a bit too hot. Victoria contacted me and scheduled an appointment for a vajacial treatment. Appreciate the time she took to address any issues or concerns that I had. Now I’m back to normal.
So let me share my experience I’ve been going to (Vicky) that’s my nick name for her but Victoria for 3 years and listen I’m over impressed with her professionalism her being on time for her appointments and also doing a job well done her room is clean and always sanitized literally floor always clean bed covers always changed and she prompt with her timing and usually has movies playing so it’s never just quiet lol I would book her I promise you won’t regret it

I've gone to Victoria several times. Never had an issue with my wax sessions. During my last session, I mentioned the wax was too hot twice. It was ignored. Next day I noticed that my private area as well as above my upper lip was burned. I texted her, she replied with an apology and asked me to send a pic. I told her I was not comfortable sending a pic of my private area but I was able to come in and show her. It's been several days later, I still haven't gotten a response.
Victoria is the best at what she does. I had a lash lift done by her and I love it! I’ve also been getting Brazilians and she is so quick. She is amazing!
