Great customer service in a smaller store! I had such a wonderful experience at the Victoria’s Secret in Schererville. Even though the store is definitely smaller compared to other locations I’ve visited, the team makes the most out of the space. Everything was organized, easy to find, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. As other people have complained, racist staff, the managers are very childlike (probably around 19 yrs old) and the cashier is never in sight, , is THAT bad that a random person asked me for help to find something and then said "oh you don't work here? I am so sorry I thought you did". I also went in for the $150 tote and blanket and they said they could not do it, the cashier was not helpful and very rude, she started being unhelpful once she heard me speak another language. Spent $200 going christmas shopping and didnt know they had the spend $150 and get a blanket and tote. I was excited when I walked in and realized they had that deal going on just to get to checkout and told me I have to pick only one. Just to be told later on when i called that you do in fact get a blanket and tote when spending ovwr $150. I know its not that big of a deal but I did not like the workers tone when I had asked her about it.
