I love Victoria's Secret but this store is awful!!!! While yes, they great you at the door, and ask you if you're finding everything alright, but there is nobody attending the register! I stood there for a few minutes and one of the workers was at of the registers looking at something and then she walked into the back! I went over to the online order pickup because i knew someone was there at least, but when i got there she was gone too! This store has 2 baby managers that don't know how to talk to an adult when wanting to return an item. My VS bra ripped 2 weeks after purchasing, try to return in the store is a joke also was trying to talk with a manager with any sense is just not happening. I wanted to return my VS bra but because the inner tag that tells the size was cut off it was a no go. Then got the corporate number and returned with them over the phone. Amanda was the absolute best!! First employee was sweet but not educated or knowledgeable. After aging, three kids & carrying extra weight around I lost 50+lbs and been avoiding going for new bras. A lot of tears, education, support and help Amanda got me in two styles after 102 try ons. She was kind, patient and truly caring, she’s meant to be doing this helping woman in all the best ways
