The two girls at this store are so sweet and have wonderful customer service. I bought two bras on sale at a Victoria Secret at a high yield mall in Mission Viejo where I was neither greeter and quickly rushed because it was near closing ($10 off if try bra on, but not allowed). I was greeted warmly when I entered my home store and when I explained my need for an exchange, I was lead to the right area. If I could give a 0 star I would today March 17, 2026 I tried to return a body spray that I purchased about three weeks ago it’s brand new sprayed it twice and I can no longer spray it, the atomizer got stuck 🤦♀️ I called before i drove to the store and I was told to bring it in for an exchange when I arrived I explained the situation to the employee and she said there was nothing they could do so I asked for the manager she stated that she was the manager. Just now, I had a horrible experience with a staff member by the name of Alexis or Alexa (5'3, black hair who wears glasses) -- I'm not sure that is even her name as she did not have a name tag on her person. I was there to pick up an online order. There was no line so I kindly let the cashier (Alexis/Alexa) know what I was there for. Nice location, horrible staff. Came in around 3:00pm yesterday to look for some new bras and staff was nowhere to be found. So I looked around for about 15 min with no assistance, guessed my bra size and waited for a fitting room to be open for almost 10 min. I wanted to be sized but no employees could help. The girl who opened the fitting room for me was very unhelpful. They had probably 4 employees there and they were all hiding from the customers.
