The artwork, ambience, and staff are excellent. This is the original Victoria Secret store that convinced Roy Raymond (the founder) to jump off a cliff. If you come here on Friday nights, you would eventually meet the Stanford Women's volleyball team. They have six booths for testing lingerie, and a secret panel of four rooms once you spent over five figures. I visited this location yesterday and had a negative experience off the bat. I witnessed two young ladies at the register arguing with another customer, which was somewhat unpleasant. That customer left upset and unhappy. I then approached them and asked them where I could locate a bag for shopping. They then looked at each other trying to laugh in my face claiming “bags are purchased at the end”. This is terrible store with inexperienced staff. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. No one is smiling to you.

1) The fitting room door get unlocked without any notice 2) The fitting rooms always have bras from the last customer 3) Sales asked you to step out of the room to let her take a look at things fit
