Never will I ever go to the mall for VS or Pink!!! This store is conveniently located here in EG, plenty parking, clean store, with so much selection! At my last visit, Femanda and Alyssah assisted me with such kindness and professionalism. I didn’t feel shy asking for bigger sizes or hesitate to ask for certain patterns. They were so welcoming and nice! Will certainly be coming back again. Thanks ladies!!!
I visited the Victoria’s Secret store in Elk Grove in California today and made a purchase of over $225. I was expecting to receive the complimentary beach tote or beach towel that was being offered. Unfortunately, we did not receive it, even though we know that some were available and were given to other customers.
Staff was very helpful, just came into to get some pajamas for my wife for mother's day. Nice having a stand alone store and not having to go to the mall, much more convenient.
BAD EXPERIENCE! Came in on a light Saturday Shopped around everything was nice and organized customer service was just POORLY. Standing in lines for 25 mins the CASHIER lady was a bit under the WEATHER her CASHIER Performance showed she didn't want to be there .& When you deny for the credit card application that you don't want to participate she kinda just rushes you to get out the store this point items weren't folded in my purchased bag they were just thrown in there .The younger Bubbly Girls were a little more polite and... read more
