I really wish I didn’t have to write this… but the picture speaks for itself… then to “fix” my hair she just decided to dye it all dark blonde almost brown which I haven’t been this dark in over 10 years…she made that executive decision without even consulting me… who does that??? I went to her to touch up my natural balayage and take the brass out. Instead took 3 attempts to get my hair completely botched. Been going to Victoria for over 7 years. Cute salon, great conversation, and fantastic service every time! Every haircut includes a shampoo, cut, and blowout. I feel so pampered and well taken care of every time.
I had a bad haircut from another person and bought a Groupon for a highlight and cut hoping she could fix the cut and give me highlights. She did a FANTASTIC job! Very welcoming, kind and great conversation during my appt! going back and recommending to all of my friends and coworkers!
I had a perm here to redo what someone else failed to do.... twice. The curl is firm and soft without damage to my hair or skin and I was able to book on short notice. If you have a sensitivity to ragweed, I recommend some allergy meds before arrival.
I got a long overdue haircut and blowdry, she was fast, friendly, experienced. Will be back.
