Very upset. The place closes at 8pm. I arrived at 6pm and they told me they were closed. For a filling and pedi. I've been going there as a regular customer dropping money plus generous tips. They just lost a client.
Worst nail salon I’ve been to. Extremely rude, gel does not last more than 2-3 days before chipping. The nail tech was extremely rough and filed my nails down paper thin. Was hopeful that I could make this my new nail salon out of convenience but I will not be retuning. Do not waste your money.
Absolutely terrible, asked for oval and the shape I got was nothing what I asked for. Woman at front desk is rude and did nothing to help, when I showed her my nails. After I asked for the nails to be removed they refused service. Do not come here
I had a bad experience. I went to remove my eyebrows with thread, and the person attending me started a conversation with someone else. She was trying to do both things at once, and I kind of wanted her to finish her conversation. Then, she continued, bewildered. First, she badly removed my eyebrow on one side and cut my skin.
