Went to pay for my service with a debit card, wanted to charge me a service processing fee for credit card charge, wouldn't remove it. I ended up reporting them to their merchant processing and States general attorney.
worst nails i’ve ever got done in my life. I did it last week started chipping the same day 😂😂😂 a joke. Went the next day to get everything kicked again because the younger boy who did it was horrible. been a week and they are all chipped and cracked my nails usually last me a month
I went there about mins to 7 on a Friday because I was already at the mall & my regular place closes at 7pm & i had a flight the next day. I did a pedicure. Before I was finished, the salon started to get less patrons & the person working on mine was one of the last people still working. His wife kept standing over him as in she was done working and ready to leave. She took over & did my polish. This place is a ZERO Star. ZEROOO! do NOT go there. They are very rude, unprofessional and not good with nails. You’ll be lucky if you find a good nail tech there. They’re always rushing people because it’s all about the money and not good customer service. They end up messing up your nails and give you an attitude if you ask to redo it. They are greedy for tips. Close to half an hour you will start seeing someone from the desk walking around your nail tech and speaking their language making them rush up your nails. I’ve been going to Victoria nails for years, never have to wait and they are fast . Kathy is who I go to regularly she is nothing short of a perfectionist with my nails ! She listens and gets it right every time . Highly recommend you make your next appointment with her you won’t be disappointed . If you love French nails and are particular absolutely see her !
