I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went here and got my nails done, and it was like a kid played on my nails then he had the nerve to be disrespectful about it. Lee had to come and fix it, but I still ended up leaving without what I really wanted because I just wanted to get out of there. I always get my nails done, went there twice and now my nails are thin like paper. They told me to come back and they’ll fix to what I wanted, but at this point I’m NEVER going back there!!!! This place has gone down.

First off the customer service was very distasteful. My toes never usually chip but did after a short period of time. It felt rushed and not cared for, wouldn’t recommend.

After years of being a loyal customer, spending well over $100 per visit and tipping generously, this was the experience that finally convinced me NEVER to return. My mother and I made an appointment specifically with Anna, only to be rushed through our services because another client walked in. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive. I went in there for a nail removal and the lady started sliding my nails off with the acrylic tip. I told her 3 times to soak off my nails and she continued to slide off my nails and drill down the acrylic(still no soak off). I left the store and saw that there was acrylic left on two of my nails so I went back about 5 minutes later. I showed them and as well as two other employees said they didn’t see anything. Terrible service, their $35 pedicure service they will only soak your feet in water NO SCRUB NO MASSAGE and apply regular polish. If I wanted to soak my feet I could do that myself. When I voiced my concerns the worker got upset and took my polish off and refused to continue the pedicure and I left. Terrible customer service. I’ve been coming here for years and there must be an ownership change because the quality has gone down tremendously.
