Terrible service, their $35 pedicure service they will only soak your feet in water NO SCRUB NO MASSAGE and apply regular polish. If I wanted to soak my feet I could do that myself. When I voiced my concerns the worker got upset and took my polish off and refused to continue the pedicure and I left. Terrible customer service. I’ve been coming here for years and there must be an ownership change because the quality has gone down tremendously.

Worst service ever, they need to close their business. Sloppy Sloppy work, waste of money. Piece of advice learn English so you can communicate with customers and understand. Worst pedicure in my life, was supposed to have a manicure but after I saw the work on my feet, I was not gonna waste my hardworking money on sloppiness. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I love my nail tech. However, the place is filthy. Dust all over the place. There is a girl there who eats at the nail desk, and now brought her animal to work. Rubbing it, having it sit around. The dog was quiet, but in a nail establishment, it is unsanitary. A manager needs to be on site to manage this place. It is poorly kept.

I got an infection on my thumb. It’s now swollen, and purple. I don’t think they properly clean their products, it’s been a week and my thumb is throbbing. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Employers please clean your products between clients PROPERLY. I didn’t pay to have my nails done to get an infection. They should shut this place down until staff know how to have proper manners and do their jobs correctly instead of injuring their client AFTER they have paid for the appointment!! wish I could give it zero stars.
