I went in for a soak-off, but instead of properly soaking off my acrylics, the technician tried to forcefully remove them without the correct process. This not only damaged my natural nail but also showed a clear lack of professionalism and care. As a nail technician, she should know better. I will never return to this salon.

Not good service at all. I asked for a French pedicure and they tried to give me an ugly old expired polish. When I told them I didn’t like it and I wanted a clear pink color they still showed me obviously ugly old colors. I decided to get up and walk out and they chased me down and showed me a color that looked more acceptable. The tech did my nails horribly he was rude and rough with my nails after that and the French was so thick. Won’t ever return.
