Victoria’s Nail Salon located in Green Acres Mall on the 1st Floor use to be a good place to get pampered. Not any more. They are doing rushed jobs and not paying attention to the services that the customer is requesting. Seems like they are more focused driven on Gel polish and Spa Services. I guess the regular manicure and pedicure service isn’t worth their time. So they do a rushed messy job. My nails were cut all uneven. Visited this salon about 2 months ago and it began as a disaster and ended a disaster. I was explaining to the guy at the front desk what I wanted when one of the senior nail techs interjected went into a full blown argument with the guy that he's not asking me the correct questions. Little did I know that same nail tech would be working on me. She cut my fingers twice while buffing my nails. I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded and she said they didn't do that. After a tough 2 month period of time away, Sofia had one of the most challenging jobs I had ever put before her. She took care of me very very well. Every thing came out looking 10 times better than what I expected. My foot and hand curest is the best. Love you the most.
