I've been a long time customer of Victoria's and greatly appreciate her skill as both a hair stylist and electrologist but really like how professional she is. The shop is immaculately clean and she takes the time to explain what she is doing.

Made me very uncomfortable. This person has a lot of constraints that would make anyone navigate around her. She also doesn't communicate her rules and constraint upfront (for example, in my case she never communicated about the mode of payment she accepts). There is also also no clear directions to get her office. It's situated in the back of a house. Her entire demeanor makes the experience it very uncomfortable.

I love going to Victoria for Electrolysis. She is very thorough in what the client needs to do in preparation for the procedure and I respect this a lot. Because of COVID, she is taking extra precautions with requiring negative tests, vaccine proof and masking for both parties (except the client while getting facial hair worked on, then mask is back on).
