We had such a fantastic experience when I visited to chose my wedding dress. I would highly recommend - the ladies who helped me were amazing and so patient, whilst I tried on loads of dresses before I finally chose 'the one'. Thanks so much
I was a bet nervous being an older bride and not knowing what type of dress I wanted. The staff where so friendly and helpful. Jody was very patient with me and kept me calm and focused. Nothing was too much trouble. There where plenty of dresses to choose from. Jody supported me all the way through the appt, along with my 3 friends and then I found the dress and Jody could tell too by the smile on my face. No pressure to purchase but I couldn't say no. 100% recommend Victoria’s bridal boutique! From the moment I first booked my appointment the girls were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I’m usually very indecisive but Jodie helped me find the perfect dress on my first viewing. I was so happy with the service all the way through, they were so welcoming whenever I popped back in for fittings etc. Everything about the service was professional.
Vicky was fantastic from the very start! She took us through our bridesmaids and wedding dress fittings in one weekend. Her knowledge and experience stood out against competitors instantly. She naturally suggested what worked, what didn’t etc subtly, whilst taking our ideas and opinions into consideration. She made it fun too with Prosecco/refreshments on offer throughout my “VIB” appointment! I am delighted with my dress and cannot wait to wear it! Highly recommend Xx
My experience from start to finish was nothing but outstanding I was supported by all the girls throughout my appointments. My first try on was with Phoebe who listened carefully to what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was magical. After that, I was supported by Faye, holly and Vicky. After I said yes to the dress, I had a meltdown/panic the next day and Faye kindly let me come in the following day early to try on again before my order was placed for peace of mind.
