DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE We 'ordered' a quinceanera dress in dec 2024, we came to pick up on august 2025. They forgot to order the dress and tried to sneak us the dress on the mannequin that did NOT fit my sister and gaslit us into saying my sister gained weight. They had the audacity to ask for the rest of the payment and didn't provide a refund. These ladies are rude, disrespectful, and thieves.
Best customer service we got all day the ladies there were wonderful and helped me find the perfect dress for my quinceañera

Tuve una buena experiensa en victorias bridal! 100% recommendado!! El vestido lo mande hacer y la verdad me quede muy sastifecha me ENCANTO!!!! El vestido es mas que lo que yo me esperaba esta muy hermoso!! La verdad me quede muy contenta con la jente que es siempre muy amable todas las señoras. La muchacha Mitchell es muy linda! Y no se diga que los paquetes son de buen precio!! Tuve una buen experiensia y la verdad si recomendaria este lugar al cien porciento!!!
