went in for 2 simple check ups and was there for 2 1/2 hours! I had already filled out the paper work ahead of time and was not happy they wanted me to sign a paper waiving my right to take them to court should malpractice happen. they also accused me of over feeding my kids. I was not happy with that at all. also they couldn't keep paper work straight and waited 20 minutes for shots when a nurse came in and started acting like we hadn't been seen yet. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here.
