My family and I are very disappointed in the lack of communication between the staff and family. To contact anyone on the rehab first floor was nearly impossible as the phone at the desk would ring and ring. Furthermore my mother in law is suffering from a terrible bedsore which we were never informed of until a couple of weeks ago. Had the proper care been provided, it should not have gotten this bad. I would not recommend this facility. My Mom, although she did have underlying conditions, went to Victoria Village's rehab facility to recover from brain surgery. Her physical therapist, Dane, was unimpressive and in my opinion "gave up" on her because she had a long road ahead of her. We then asked for another therapist, Renata, and she was great. However, as my Mom was slowly recovering, she contracted Covid-19 from this facility. They did not protect my Mom. As a result, my Son and I had to say good by to her via a FaceTi... read more

Also frank the administrator is a wonderful administrator they both have done an amazing job on being leaders and helping us with anything and everything and acknowledging everything. I have had several family members in various stages at VV. Thank you for your kind, compassionate, professional care. Currently my mother in law is in memory care and can at times be challenging. The staff is very understanding and has worked tirelessly to provide her with care that keeps her safe in her environment while at the same time allows her to have freedom and go through the various stages with dignity. I was an employee at the Victorian Village community for a year and a half, and words can’t describe how amazing the staff, care, and therapy are! Everyone that works at this community are very dedicated in their specialities, and it truly makes a difference in a patients’ rehab experience. Been to Victorian Village many times. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Great therapy department if you are looking for short term rehabilitation.

My grandmother was at Victorian Village for rehab. It was very clean and the staff were WONDERFUL! They were very attentive to her, compassionate and knowledgeable. It is truly a great place to be.
