This company has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Not only was the item I ordered poor quality, but I returned it 2 MONTHS ago and still have not recieved my refund. I have been given the run around every time I call. I was told returns go in a big bin and they don't process the returns until it is full. What kind of business model is that!?
