I would caution anyone before contacting this company. I called them out for an issue with our fireplace. They replaced a part, which cost over $600. We had a reinspection, but the problem was not fixed. They came back out and said, “Oh well, this is what the issue is,” which they should’ve fixed when they came out initially, and it would have only cost a couple of hundred bucks. Life time warranty is far from lifetime! Try two years! Because I was lied to by the salesman here, I will go with Weber from now on. My parents are Weber people and easily get replacement parts, no problem. With Napoleon grills I had to call, email and even go in late to work to video call them. Just to tell me that warranty stopped covering after two years. More expensive doesn’t always mean better. Lesson learned, all Salesman lie.
We went from a wood to a gas and absolutely love it! Mike was very helpful as our sales person and Joachin installed. We ran it for the said 3 hours and still had a "smell" that was kind of giving us a headache, we called and they came right back and made things right!! We LOVE our new fireplace, especially the no wood, the on and off, no going out to the cold to get more wood, and the ambience! Thanks much!!!
