John started off ok. His specialty may be in roof cleaning and should stick to this job. When he came over, he tried to quote for more jobs to be done together throughout my property e.g. painting, repair to window timber frame, retaining stone wall. He's basically pretty greedy for work and when he's collected enough payment, he would just go on to the next customer without completing all your work - that is what happened to me.
