Shane and his team delivered exceptional service from start to finish. The initial quote was accurate, with only one minor and entirely reasonable additional cost for an unforeseen issue. Most importantly, the workmanship was of the highest quality, and the team at Victorian Roofing were responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Excellent team and very competitive price. Shane provided samples and daily updates without me even asking. He had a few hurdles to work through with our tenants and did so extremely well. Highly recommended
John started off ok. His specialty may be in roof cleaning and should stick to this job. When he came over, he tried to quote for more jobs to be done together throughout my property e.g. painting, repair to window timber frame, retaining stone wall. He's basically pretty greedy for work and when he's collected enough payment, he would just go on to the next customer without completing all your work - that is what happened to me.
