Shannon is a real legend, he takes his time to ensure that my solution is perfectly tailored and follows-up regularly for cleaning, fine-tuning, maintenance and repairs. I tried a couple of franchise style, shopping center providers and the difference in the service and support from Victorian Hearing is like chalk and cheese.
