I have just been fitted with my second set of hearing aids supplied by Victorian Hearing. I am extremely happy with the new set. The new model with upgraded features has made a noticeable difference to my hearing. Sandra is very helpful, and most thorough in her testing and explanation.
I absolutely love this place. Patrice and Gyneth have been my audiologists for years, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They’re both incredibly knowledgeable, highly respected, and it’s easy to see why. They have gone above and beyond for me with everything from hearing aids and hearing tests to ongoing maintenance and guidance through my OSIA implant journey. Sandra was great - very experienced, knowledgeable and was able to assist with my blocked ear in a calm and professional manner.
Rosalie was amazing with my child; he felt safe, engaged and comfortable the whole appointment.
Am very happy with the assistance received from Sandra (and of course) Patrice at Victorian Hearing in successfully revolving a series of difficulties previously experienced with my hearing devices. Would unhesitatingly recommend their services.
