I am a specialist anaesthetist myself and rely on ‘pitch perfect’ hearing aids to do my work safely. As well as that I’m a regular swimmer who has had many issues with ear canals! Sandra Lee and Victorian Hearing were able to see me at short notice for a thorough reassessment of my hearing, advise me on my wax buildup and fine-tune my amazing Oticon hearing aids that I purchased from them 5 years ago. The specialist explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. They also carried out several different tests, which made me feel confident and reassured about the results. I was very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend this place.
I have just been fitted with my second set of hearing aids supplied by Victorian Hearing. I am extremely happy with the new set. The new model with upgraded features has made a noticeable difference to my hearing. Sandra is very helpful, and most thorough in her testing and explanation.
