Sandra is the 5th or 6th audiologist I have seen. Her attention to detail is 2nd to none. She is caring, considerate, knowlegable, informative, explains all she does and clearly has a great passion for her work which is rare and admirable to encounter. She has fine tuned mine to perfection. Please do inform me when/if she ever decides to move on but I hope she's there for a long time to come. Cheers
Very friendly professional service. Went in with a blocked ear and reduced hearing due to excess wax. Keith was fantastic in explaining the problem and the process for clearing out the obstruction. Very well looked after and my ear back to normal and better than ever.
Called to book in for my three year old to have wax removed after my GP referred me to this clinic. I was informed by reception that the audiologists do not remove wax from kids below the age of five as the kids can move around. Suction is the safest way to remove wax fot kids if my local audiologist does not look after kids what am suppose to do?
