We have always rented out the Victorian hall for every event, but with the new ownership I don’t think we will rent it out again. During the entire allotted time we rented out the hall, the owner stayed and stared at our every move. We were very respectful of the venue as always. Cleaning up after ourselves & making sure that it looked exactly as it did when we arrived. Normally when you rent out a place you pay the agreed amount and the venue is “yours” for that time.
