They sell your loan quickly to another bank but continue to bombard you with junk mail. It has been 5 years and I get a mail from them to this day. I loathed working with them, they made a stressful event even worse, and I hate seeing Victorian Finance in my mailbox after the whole nightmare of dealing with them.

Cannot thank Shala Haff enough! I was completely new to this process but stumbled across a house I had to jump on! Shala made the process so easy! She was readily available for any and all questions to get pre-approved as well as weekly updates on the process!

After shopping mortgage rates with a couple of big national lenders, I checked with Victorian Finance, which my realtor had suggested. Their rates were substantially better than the others, with very competitive closing costs. Joey Starcher was very easy to work with, and kept the process moving super quickly. I had a longer closing period so was not rushed, but the appraisal was scheduled and done within the first week or so, and underwriting not much after that.
