The installation of my PVC fence was poorly executed and did not follow the agreed-upon plans. Horrible company don’t hire them. There were these guys that showed up one of their names was Gerson or Ariel and he was super rude and horrible. Very bad customer service and a horrible person, and besides that the job was awfully done.
This review comes 51 days after I first contacted Victorian. They current hold a $2,500 deposit (50% of job) and won't confirm a fence install date. I contacted VF on 7/12. They sent a sales guy out 7/16 who was more interested in his windows sales side job than his fence sales job. He proactively sent me a window quote that day. When I followed up for the fence quote, it took 6 days and was missing 1 of the 3 major asks. He told me he needed to come back to measure again, but then stopped responding for 2 weeks.
