Horrible company don’t hire them. There were these guys that showed up one of their names was Gerson or Ariel and he was super rude and horrible. Very bad customer service and a horrible person, and besides that the job was awfully done.
This review comes 51 days after I first contacted Victorian. They current hold a $2,500 deposit (50% of job) and won't confirm a fence install date. I contacted VF on 7/12. They sent a sales guy out 7/16 who was more interested in his windows sales side job than his fence sales job. He proactively sent me a window quote that day. When I followed up for the fence quote, it took 6 days and was missing 1 of the 3 major asks. He told me he needed to come back to measure again, but then stopped responding for 2 weeks. Great service and they stand behind their work.
Victorian Fence did work for us. There were mistakes made during installation and the installers barely spoke any English. I tried to stop them from installing the wrong fence and they had no idea what I was saying. There was no foreman or supervisor at the job. They have the worst communication. They had to partially remove the newly installed fence so that the proper fence would get installed. Then they removed an existing fence that we decided to keep, however, they replaced it.
