In the beginning were quick to give the estimate and even applied for their credit card with the offer,. Made the appointment's for the installation and they disappeared from even pick up the phone, they now have an answering service that just say all they do is take messages, no calling back, no emails, no apologies, I had to take the day, removed the logs from the old fence and not even a call back. I went to address in Google and there is not even an office, only a yard with wood fences
