Told me twice they would solve a problem with my fence. Told be someone would be here after 2. No show no call to reschedule waited 2 weeks called again told me someone would be here after 2 waited no call no show. It has been 3 days they are not interested after you pay them. I am left with no alternative but to go to small claims court
We hired Victorian Fence to install a new fence, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. First, I want to say that the workers themselves were hardworking. My frustration is not with them, it's with how the company managed the project. They started the installation on May 19 with only two workers, even though it was clear that two people could not complete an entire backyard in one day. Victorian is the best. Pete is a great detail oriented guy. His installers did an amazing job. Andrea at the office is the best. They did our fence and railings. We love it. My daughter also used them , they did a beautiful job for her also. If you need a fence I highly recommend Victorian.
