Great service and they stand behind their work.
Victorian Fence did work for us. There were mistakes made during installation and the installers barely spoke any English. I tried to stop them from installing the wrong fence and they had no idea what I was saying. There was no foreman or supervisor at the job. They have the worst communication. They had to partially remove the newly installed fence so that the proper fence would get installed. Then they removed an existing fence that we decided to keep, however, they replaced it. I’m the mother of a young woman who had the worst experience imaginable dealing with this business, especially with the person in charge. My daughter was deeply harmed — emotionally, physically, and financially. We’re still dealing with the aftermath of what she went through. I won’t go into details here for safety reasons, but I’m sharing this warning with a heavy heart: please be very careful. No family should ever have to go through this.
Watching a friend go through what she did at the hands of the owner of this business was one of the most upsetting things I’ve ever witnessed. She trusted, was emotionally manipulated, financially exploited, and left with scars that no one should carry. He destroyed the health and balance of an incredible woman — and continues to hide behind a facade of professionalism. This cannot be ignored. Anyone supporting this kind of person needs to know what’s really behind it.
The company provides excellent quality fences. The workers are experienced and do an excellent job. This is the second time we have had Victorian fence install a fence. I highly recommend them
