I've been seeing Dr Rando for more than 15 years for diabetes support and control. I have always found him to be professional, reliable , caring and supportive. The reception staff are also really lovely to deal with, organised and efficient. Managing diabetes is a long, slog and takes a lifetime of consistent work, habit-forming and learning to keep on top of it. I couldn't do it without the guidance and support I receive from Dr Rando and I am so grateful for everything he and his staff do. Thank you!
Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I expected to get “specialised” help. If you want to go to a “Endocrine “ clinic to get gaslit and be given faulty diagnoses, then this is the place. Walked into this place feeling worse than when I left.

Deeply unprofessional. Will cancel without a moment's notice and hang up on patients when they're emotional over their health. I'd rather be referred to a wall, it would be more useful than this joke of a place.
Dr Angeline Shen is a very good doctor, she is brilliant and very care bout patient. I highly recommend her.
