I had an excellent experience with Victorian Dental. After getting the runaround from multiple places, they were able to get me in on short notice, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Rae was amazing—very compassionate and understanding of the pain I was in and my need to have a tooth extracted. The whole process was handled with care and professionalism. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about their patients.
The girls are the front desk don't seem to care about their patients. We went in there and got some prescriptions for tooth pain. They couldn't bother to send over the prescription right away, they decided to go on lunch before taking 5 minutes to do that and didn't even tell us they were doing that. An hour later we go to pickup the prescription. Nope never called it in. Had to call them again and tell them it's not there and they're just like "oops sorry we went on lunch". Office staff here is amazing and Dr. Lewis has made my dental journey very pleasant. Coming from someone who was terrified to go to the dentist, this office has done an outstanding job. Cannot recommend this office enough..
Dr Reyes and staff are outstanding! I have a very unusual bite, and the crown that I received at Victorian dental was the easiest most well fit crown I’ve ever had and his prices are very good on top of that. Dr Reyes takes the time to make sure it’s perfect for every single patient. It is also one of the most modern beautiful and cleanest dental offices I have ever been in. I see Dr. Reyes and go to Victorian Dental with complete confidence.
Dr Lewis ans her crew are the best! Over the last few months I have spent hours with them. Through my complicated treatment plan they have been attentive, kind, caring and supportive! My Hygienist is sweet and gentle but very thorough too! The front desk staff has been great too helping me with appointments and fitting me in so I can coordinate with my oral surgeon and orthodontist. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Five stars is not enough!
